Our team

Our team is made up of experienced technicians and creative professionals who have been involved in organising large sporting events, conferences and smaller productions for many years. Our knowledge and experience allow us to always find the best technical and creative solution.

Mattias Olesk

Mattias Olesk

Broadcast engineer

A man with a passion for systems that no one else can see but everyone can feel. When the parents of the HC Kehra handball club couldn't come to watch the youth games during the covid, Mattias and his friends took up the challenge and broadcast the games live. Without any previous experience! But the courage to specialise and the ability to ask for advice quickly took them to the top of Estonian handball broadcasting. They developed their own graphics system, and the solutions typical of big productions were made possible by a simple principle - each broadcast you have to be better than the last. Mattias' passion is to optimise technical solutions: to make them simpler, more convenient, more reliable and better. Family, handball fans and the good feeling you get when you can offer the viewer a great experience were his motivators to pursue a career in Sports Broadcasting. When he's not solving work problems, he finds joy in solving tech problems for friends and relatives.

Mait Peetsalu foto

Mait Peetsalu

Broadcast Engineer

A man from the forest near Tartu. Mait has been tinkering with technology since he was a child. His interest in live broadcasts and technical video production started at the film club of Taltech. More than a decade later, his greatest passion is to ensure that video and sound reach every last viewer in high quality - always reliable and impeccable. When he's not working in his forest or building something at home. Mait has provided technical solutions for probably more different broadcasts than anyone else - not just in our team, but in the whole of Estonia. In communication systems, the call sign “Mait-Mait” means only one thing - something needs to be solved quickly. And the most mysterious thing of all: no one has ever seen Mait lose his temper or lose his cool. In fact, it's probably not even possible.

Kertu Raidmaa

Kertu Raidmaa

Project assistant

A woman in our men's army and a firm organisational wizard. Her TV career began as a social media worker, taking pictures and filming behind the scenes. But well, once you're behind the camera, you don't just step back - Kertu has tried her hand as a technician, director and cameraman. But it's where she gets to put things in place that she shines most: charts, events, people, wires. Whether the stage is big or small, when Kertu's on the job, everything runs smoothly and looks great. In her spare time, she can be found working out, learning something new or doing good deeds where it's needed most.

Raivo Koppel

Raivo Koppel

"Big Blue" OB Van chief

Raivo is a thoroughly technical person. Obviously, if it were up to him, he would have been born with a screwdriver. He has combined his passion for motorsport and engineering, and is responsible for ensuring that the "Big Blue" OB Van is in the right place at the right time and in the right set-up. He can also often be found setting up the sound console or the speakers, as his hobby since the seventh grade has been performing and managing technical installations at parties. In his spare time, he's out in the countryside tinkering with some new system or adventuring in nature with his child and dog.

Hugo Leinola

Hugo Leinola

Broadcast engineer / Camera operator

When Hugo, then 10th grade student at the 32nd High School, found himself sitting at the control desk of a Christmas show, he instantly knew he had found his passion. The world of TV seemed so exciting and magical from the first moment, and now he lives and breathes it every day. Hugo's been through all the live-editor's jobs, but when it comes to choosing what to do, his hand goes straight to the camera. In addition to his work in TV, he decided to join the Baltic Film and Media School. Now that's a passion!

Ian-Erik Uffert

Operator / Editor

Artist behind the camera and guitar in hand. After the army, he needed somewhere to work - and so he decided to follow in his father's footsteps, who had worked in television for years. Unbeknownst to himself, this path had actually started early: in high school, he made short films with friends, playing the roles of cameraman, director and editor. Erika particularly enjoys the moment when you can get the perfect framing, get the lighting just right and make the whole picture speak - visual flair is her strength. What attracts him to TV work is the variety: every day a new place, a new challenge, new people. In his spare time, he plays guitar in the band Plekkpurk, where he can tell a story just as creatively - just in a different language.

Kari Rästas

Operator

If it has wheels and an engine, you can be sure that Kari will be interested. As a modest person, he asked to post here: "At work, I'm behind the camera, making sure the subject remains in frame", but through it all, it's often in motorsport that he's responsible for making sure fans see their friend or idol perform perfectly. In his spare time, Kari turns the nose of the car in directions that look exciting, and explores new places both in Estonia and further afield.

Tristan Põder foto

Tristan Põder

Broadcast engineer / Project manager

As part of our team, Tristan manages projects for handball and drifting competitions, as well as lighting and sound for conferences and stage shows. But as a young activist, he's always looking to learn more and do better than last time. He's always looking to add a light, a speaker or a camera to a project, and he often does it on his own salary. I don't need to tell you five times why his clients like him so much. In his spare time, Tristan is in the warehouse fiddling around with some equipment and a new programme.

Kalle Põllu foto

Kalle Põllu

Drone pilot

Kalle is responsible for the most exciting drone shots in our team. His thousands of hours of flight experience from FPV drone competitions and countless live broadcasts add a dynamic to every production. In his spare time, however, Kalle, with his engineering soul, likes to get a new product ready. And riding his motorbike around the circuit.

Joosep Kink Kaameraga

Joseph Kink

Aftermovie Specialist

Joseph started out as a sound director and sound engineer at the former Tallinn Television, but half by chance he also picked up a camera. The way a camera can present a story in visual language from very different angles, and the experience he gained from filming TV reports on television, give Joosep's summary videos a very human and "story" approach. But he also has a passion for music, and when he's not filming or editing, he can be found playing guitar in his cozy country home or volunteering in his church for broadcasts.

Rando Mere

Rando Mere

Broadcast Engineer

Rando hasn't been able to stop asking himself "but why?". He has an unquenchable thirst for learning and knowledge, so what he enjoys most about our team is developing the technical and content side of broadcasts, as well as driving the most non-standard projects. Comfort zone is Rando's boredom zone, so in his spare time he spends his time training youth in event and video production and asa hobby optimising his home PV power station. Our customers describe him as a very poised and calm technician.
