But it's not just the screen: the package also includes an Apple TV, a remote control, and a high-quality speaker system with subwoofers. This way, you get a big picture and decent sound from one ready-made solution.
28 square metres of video footage helps to bring the stage, track, finish line, results, sponsors, and emotions closer to the audience. A large television is suitable for a sports event, concert, festival, city event, outdoor cinema, or public viewing.
We bring large outdoor screens anywhere in Estonia and, if needed, also offer live broadcasts, cameras, and technical support. The LED screen arrives on a trailer and opens up with the help of one technician and hydraulics. It is ready to use in about 30 minutes – without scaffolding, cranes, and hours of construction.

How much does it cost to rent a mobile LED screen?
The price for a shorter event is €990 for four hours, and each additional hour costs €200. VAT and transport will be added. The price for rentals up to 24 hours is €2500, and for this, transport is included.
What is included in the LED screen rental price?
In addition to the screen, the set includes an Apple TV, 5G internet, a remote control, a presentation laptop, and a high-quality speaker system with subwoofers.
We bring a mobile LED screen to the event venue, we install and set it up, and we take it away after the event. If necessary, we will agree separately on the presence of a technician, content management, or live broadcast service.How quickly can the screen be set up?
The screen is unfolded using a technician and hydraulics, and is usually ready for use in about 30 minutes. We also allow time before the event begins to check the signal, content, and brightness.
Is the LED display visible in bright daylight?
Yes. The screen brightness is up to 5000 nits, making the video image visible even in daylight. A 3 × 32 A electrical connection is required for full brightness.
What electrical connection does the screen require?
The minimum electrical connection is 3 × 16 A. For full screen brightness in daylight, we recommend a 3 × 32 A connection. If suitable electricity is not available at the venue, we can provide a generator.
Can LED screens be used in rain and wind?
The screen is designed for outdoor use and is not affected by rain. In strong winds (over 15 m/s or 54 km/h), a technician will always assess the situation and, if necessary, the screen surface can be reduced. For safety reasons, in very bad weather conditions, it may be necessary to temporarily pack up the screen. In the event of a risk of thunderstorms, the screen will always be packed away for the safety of people.
What can be displayed on the screen?
The screen can display YouTube and TV channels via Apple TV, as well as live camera feeds, results, timetables, sponsored adverts, presentations and previously recorded videos. The kit includes a remote control and a presentation computer, which allow us to manage various sources remotely.
Can the screen be ordered with cameras and a director?
Yes. Television.ee can offer cameras, operators, a director, graphics, and the entire live broadcast technical solution, in addition to the screen. This way, you don't have to order the screen and video production from separate companies.
Do you deliver LED screens across Estonia?
Yes. The trailer-mounted LED screen travels to events across Estonia. When sending an inquiry, please include the event's location, date, and approximate duration so we can prepare an accurate quote.
How far in advance should an LED screen be booked?
We recommend booking a date as soon as the event dates are known. On summer weekends and during periods when major events are taking place, available dates may fill up quickly.
How much space is needed to install an LED screen?
The screen is 7 metres wide and 4 metres high. The support legs extend to a width of 4.5 metres, and the total length of the trailer, including the tow bar, is 7.5 metres. The top edge of the screen rises to a height of approximately 7 metres, whilst the bottom edge remains at a height of approximately 3 metres.
In the event plan, we recommend reserving a flat, load-bearing area of at least 9 × 10 metres – approximately 90 m² – for the screen, as well as a clear height of at least 8 metres. There must be no power lines, tree branches, lighting columns or other obstacles above the area. Furthermore, it must be possible to access the installation site with the trailer and towing vehicle and to manoeuvre there.
